FAQ
What is Recraft?
Recraft is an AI image and vector generation engine. Noisegate uses Recraft as the AI backend for SVG generation. Recraft is not white-labeled — we're transparent that it's the engine under the hood.
Do I own the generated SVGs?
Generated SVGs are yours. Check Recraft's terms of service for any use-case restrictions.
Why does Figma sometimes insert an image instead of vectors?
Figma's SVG parser doesn't support all SVG features (filters, masks, raster embeds). When the SVG contains unsupported elements that can't be stripped, the plugin falls back to inserting a PNG. We continuously improve the SVG preprocessing pipeline to reduce this.
Can I use my Noisegate subscription on other DCC tools?
Subscription plans are currently per-product. Token balance is shared. A unified account system covering all products is planned for a future release.
How do I cancel?
Go to Dashboard → Manage subscription. This opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can cancel, upgrade, or download invoices.
